Founder & Visionary Leader

.As a mother with two boys I was seeking more for my boys development. As I begin the journey to equip my boys with the skills that they needed to be successful. I noticed countess initiatives for girls development and very little offering for teenage boy development. As I reached out to friends with boys, it would all circle back to the same thing no where to find resources for boys all in one place that could partner with us to empower, develop and equip our teen boys. We were all searching for a simple source that could serve as a career, educational development one stop package. In my conversations with mom’s they all felt like a one stop resource would streamline their busy lives while empowering and preparing their teenager for the future of college and the world around them.

So, with this information and the initiative to equip my boys for the best possible future. The Master’s League Foundation for Boys was started. My goal is to create a one stop resource for boys that serves as an avenue to assist mom’s and boys as they prepare for the world around them. The Core Pillars that the foundation are built on are to Equip, Develop, Empower and Engage Minority Boys to Embrace the Future of Tomorrow.

So, this is why The Master’s League Foundation for Boys was formed.

My goal was to create a movement that would impact and equip youth boys that are seeking opportunities to develop and prepare themselves to be greater, do greater, and achieve great things. My deserver for the foundation is to create a platform for youth boys to gain awareness of different area in life such as : career development clarity by creating community shadowing opportunities, confident in public speaking, money management skills, and self awareness.  I also know the importance from being in Corporate America as well as an Entrepreneur the importance of self presentation.  Because good presentation skills are imperative in today’s society one goal of the foundation is to offer presentation speaking skills to equip youth boys with the skills that they will need to be successful today.

Our Vision

We envision a generation of confident, disciplined, and service-driven young men who lead with integrity, think critically, serve compassionately, and impact their communities at the highest level.

What We Do &
The Commitment

Step Into the Room. Step Into Your Future.

The Masters League is not a club.It is not just another extracurricular activity. It is an immersive leadership experience designed for young men in grades 9–12 who are ready to grow with intention.

We meet in a professional boardroom-style environment to intentionally place students in spaces that reflect executive leadership and excellence. Here, they learn to think critically, communicate effectively, and lead confidently.

Each session is facilitated, interactive, and immersive, not lecture-based. Students actively engage in guided discussions, leadership simulations, strategic exercises, career exploration, financial literacy development, and character-building reflection.  We believe deeply in experiential learning; growth happens through participation, not observation.

  • Develop financial literacy and executive-level life skills

  • Strengthen character and leadership capacity

  • Participate in structured humanitarian initiatives

Everything We Do is Grounded in our
Four Core Pillars:

Equip. Develop. Empower. Engage.

Because sessions are intentionally small, 12 students per grade level, every voice matters. The environment is designed for depth, accountability, brotherhood, and measurable growth.

All sessions are recorded. If a session is missed, the student is required to review the recording and complete any assigned reflection or activity before the next scheduled class session. Accountability is part of leadership development.

This is not passive attendance.
It is active growth.

Seats are limited.

Expectations are high.

The impact is lasting.

If your son is ready to sit at the table, grow in confidence, clarify his direction, and step into leadership —we invite you to begin the application process.

This is where preparation meets purpose.
